“T o whom it may concern, thank you for assisting me during this process. My car I purchased new and I would like to say a few month into owning my car ive had serval incidence where my car would completely shut off while I'm a red light for awhile due to traffics. My car has an eco button where I can turn it off and on so it doesn't 'shut down' when I come to a stop. …”

NHTSA complaint #11383154, filed 2020-12, 1,020 miles

“Started the car whether manual or by remote start a powertrain malfunction will come on my Ford pass app. Also on the dashboard it will say shift system fault. Once I put the car in drive the service light disappears. The vehicle was in my driveway stationary. On 2 other occasions september 18 2019 and september 25 2019 the car was in my driveway stationary. I started the car manually car would not start (no engine turn over) but car start stop button would be green as if car was running. The dashboard would say full accessory mode active, transmission not in park, shift system malfunction. …”

NHTSA complaint #11258223, filed 2019-09, 5,964 miles

“Drove home from work 10/7/25 no issues. Parked the car no issues. Son went to leave and the car just stopped functioning. OEM issues I believe is what my son stated with the computer system. Brake is down and won’t release. Won’t start, sounds like it is even when we aren’t touching anything. Asking for goodwill / Good faith extension on the recall for this vehicle”

NHTSA complaint #11692006, filed 2025-10

“My car in February of 202: got stuck in park they said it was electrical issue, then months later I ended up with a coolant leak that then combusted my engine. New engine in August of 2023 fast forward to November 2023 my car is doing the same thing it stalled in the road with myself and newborn in the car, lost all speed and now it will not go in drive or reverse just like it did in February of 2023. …”

NHTSA complaint #11557028, filed 2023-11

“My front camera is often unavailable. I took it in multiple times and they couldn’t find an issue. Recently my back up camera has been acting up. It is unavailable most of the time, other times the screen is black, sometimes it’ll work and then cut out. There is a recall on other ford vehicles for this issue. I looked up if it needs a software update and it doesn’t. We’ve checked the camera and wiring harness and they’re both intact and in good condition.”
