“While driving on onramp to the interstate the engine shut down and warning came on pull over now. All power was lost. The APP showed power train fuel control module could not connect. I tried to restart but had no power. On 6/16/2025 I took the vehicle in for repair (could not get appointment). It was returned (could not duplicate problem). On my way home it happened again engine lost power while driving. The vehicle was brought back to Ford. This time it was returned 6/25/2025.”

NHTSA complaint #11674048, filed 2025-07

“The fuel tank is leaking where the fill tube enters the tank on the drivers side. It was at the dealership for this issue once. A hose clamp was found to be loose. It was tightened and considered fixed. Just tonight while.the truck had a full.tank I decided to inspect the repair. I found it to be leaking still. I have read of 22MY trucks having an issue with the interface between the fuel tank and the tank inlet hose barb fitting. (The white part in the attached picture.) I only noticed the gas smell originally whith a full tank and while parked in the garage. The fumes where overwhelming.”
