“I purchased this vehicle at 0 miles in July 2025 from Honda Accord in Pensacola Florida. I reported in July 2025 that there was a noise and I was unhappy with the vehicle and would like to exchange the vehicle within the 30 days months later, the noise got louder, and I took it in to see what the problem was I was told there was no issue that this is the loud start noise when you first crank the car up I then proceed to advise them that there’s clicking under my steering wheel. …”

While idling or utilizing cruise control, the vehicle suddenly accelerated to 70 after releasing the brake pedal. While entering the garage with her foot hovering over the brake pedal, the vehicle suddenly accelerated forward and crashed through the wall into the TV room. The brake light was flashing. There were no reported injuries, airbag deployments, fire or police report filed. The gas pipe was bent into the wall, but she was able to turn off the gas line. …”
