“2008 Honda Odyssey windshield washer system / nozzles do not allow for windshield to be cleaned when driving over 40 MPH. Wind blows the washer fluid below the wiper blades. Safety concern during winter time periods in that it is difficult to get the windshield cleaned. Service center said they adjusted the nozzles but, this didn't do the trick.”

NHTSA complaint #10317439, filed 2010-03, 15,000 miles

“Have three complaints. Complaint one: there is extremely long pedal travel for brake pedal. This travel gives the driver a sense of brake failure, as though the brakes don't work or will not stop vehicle. Has been noted in vehicle forums as a common problem complaint two: wind noise on the passenger and driver pillar that separates the front seat and the middle seat combination. Has been noted in vehicle forums this is a common problem. …”

NHTSA complaint #10245386, filed 2008-10, 500 miles

“Exploding sunroof. Glass sunroof exploded outward while driving down the road. No other vehicles or over passes nearby. Rural area. Outside temperature was 83 degrees. Ac/c was set at 73 degrees. Car had been h and-washed one day earlier. No flaws were observed in glass sunroof while washing or drying the vehicle. Had sunroof internal slider been open at the time of the glass explosion, the drier and front passenger could have been injured and we could have easily had an accident. This appears to be a design flaw in the glass sunroof. …”

NHTSA complaint #10508002, filed 2013-04, 41,400 miles

“Rearview camera: no alarm and not disclosed of not having alarm (most manufacturers have an alarm system and this is generally accepted by general population); camera distorts true depth and sense of distance between objects.”

NHTSA complaint #10225530, filed 2008-04, 246 miles

“The contact owns a 2008 Honda Odyssey. While backing out of the driveway, the rear glass exploded into tiny pieces. Glass sprayed all over the vehicle. The vehicle did not strike any other objects prior to the failure. The dealer has not been notified. The contact called the insurance company to file a claim. There were no injuries. The failure mileage was 10,000.”
