“While driving approximately 50 mph, vehicle sunroof glass spontaneously exploded spraying shards of glass in the vehicle. The vehicle was not driven under any bridges, and there were no vehicles within a reasonable distance ahead or behind my vehicle that could have thrown something at the sunroof causing it to break. My safety was put at risk as sharp pieces of glass were sprayed on me, into my clothing, and into the empty child safety seats in the middle row. …”

“The temperature in the mid-Atlantic has been below freezing for several weeks. Additional all of the roads have been treated for ice. My vehicle’s wiper fluid system will not work in these below freezing temperatures. As a result I have not been able to see out of our windshield that is dirty from the road treatments. We are having to clean the windshield with baby wipes. As soon as the temperature gets into the 40s and 50s, only once in the past few weeks, the wiper fluid system works again.”
