Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“While I was driving on the highway going 65 MPH the car in front was going slow so I decided to high beam them so they move over to the right lane but they didn't so I went around them and they swerve to my right lane. So I slow down and when I had the chance to pass them they were recording my car/myself. After I passed them they came in front of us and threw something out the window and now I got a scratch on the car. When they threw something I decided to go next to thwre car her passenger which look like it was her son was the one who threw it out the window.”

“My wife was driving the car back home, and she heard what sounded like an explosion. The windshield spontaneously shattered raining glass down on her and several of my children. This caused her to be distracted and could have blinded my children with broken glass or caused an accident.”
