“I have had an open recall for recall 283 now for the almost full year I have owned this vehicle. I am unable to use the outside seats in fear of seatbelt failure for my two children. The fact that there has been a back order on this lifesaving component is unacceptable. I am paying for something that may not be safe and that is not okay.”

“A rear seatbelt recall notification was made in September of 2025. I made multiple follow up phone calls with Hyundai in regards to this recall as I have a child that sits in the rear seat. Every time I called, I was informed the part(s) were not in. It has now been over a year with no remedy in sight. It does not seem like there is any desire to fix this recall and it will remain outstanding for the entirety of the vehicle.”
