“I bought a 2006 Jeep Liberty limited on 8-20-09 in excellent condition with approximately 50,000 miles. Before I even drove the car off the dealerships lot, the rear driver's-side window/window regulator failed rendering the window inoperable. Dealership did not have part and had to seal in up position so as not to fall, while part is being ordered. …”

“My daughter was driving and a truck in front of her stopped quickly causing my daughter to slam on brakes to avoid a collision but ended up rear ending the truck. Her airbag deployed and her Jeep had to be towed from the site. It has been in the shop since 4/28/14 and was repaired except for the clock spring which is necessary for the new airbag. We have been told that this part is no longer produced or manufactured by any vendor in the country. …”

“I was driving home christmas morning and a few miles before I got home the lower and higher ball joints separated from each other. I had no control of the vehicle, thankfully there was no one else on the road with me. I was headed straight on road when incident happened. Vehicle bounced many times before coming to a stop off the road. I was informed later after incident that this vehicle had a recall for what I had just described above. Vehicle was bought used from dealership and have no record or info if this recall being fixed.”

“My mother bought a used 2006 Jeep Liberty has never had a problem,so in march of 2010 me and my husband decided to purchase a used 2006 Jeep Liberty from a trusty car dealer. Within 2 months of having this Jeep our right rear window dropped into the door as we were driving to a family function. My biggest fear was that 1 of our 3 kids could have been hurt by broken glass. My father repaired the window by wedging a piece of wood between the door and the window. …”
