“I have had a couple of pretty bad accidents to front end of my Jeep Liberty and the air bags never deployed. Last accident was pretty bad. Vehicle pulled out in from of me and I t-boned them, I tried to stop but didn't have enough time. Every airbag in their vehicle deployed. I was driving down a state highway when vehicle pulled out in front of me.”

“My 2006 Jeep just stop working, came out of work and would not turn over,ECM box went bad on my Jeep. This is a common problem per my mechanic the on board ( brain ) computer ecu, ECM and ec box must be recalled or else this issue is on the purchasers like us. Fords had the same problem back in 96. Your part for may 2006 Jeep ECM can not be located anywhere in the united states, how is this possible????????”

NHTSA complaint #11218801, filed 2019-06, 97,000 miles

“While driving down the freeway at 65 miles an hour both the driver and passenger airbags deployed without warning or any apparent reason. We were able to safely pull off the road and as soon as the smoke cleared from the vehicle we drove it to the nearest Jeep dealer they are currently looking at it but haven't got back to us yet.”

NHTSA complaint #10456152, filed 2012-04, 38,400 miles

“Since I brought the car in 2008 at times the interior dash light and head lights flicker also the air bag light all the sudden stays on. I have intermediate no start at this time so I can't really use the car. I believe this might be an electronic issue.”

NHTSA complaint #10898003, filed 2016-08, 72 miles

“Esp/bas, ABS and skidding vehicle icon lights came on in the instrument cluster! The cruise control stopped working. This is the same issue we had on our 2007 Jeep wrangler, which I filed a complaint with the NHTSA, which issued a recall on our Jeep. The clock spring module, located under the steering wheel, controls, the ABS, esp/bas, cruise control, horn, and air bag! This is a safety issue and should be recalled, like my 2007 Jeep wrangler was!”
