Had sit belt on but still got jerked around and injured my neck & back, my right arm hit the steering wheel and sustained an injury as well (still going to doctor for arm and chiropractor for neck and back). NHTSA complaint #10637833, filed 2014-09, 135,000 miles

“While traveling approx 25 MPH, another car approaching took a left in the intersection as we approached and caused a collision. Our car hit head on, their car was hit in passenger front corner. Major damage to both vehicles. Our airbags did not deploy causing head & neck injuries to both driver and passenger. The other vehicle's airbags did deploy with no injuries to driver or passenger.”

NHTSA complaint #10157895, filed 2006-05, 20,000 miles

“On 6/5/2015, while on the freeway, the dashboard went crazy. Engine and airbag lights flashed, fuel, temperature, and speed gauges went dead (zero), air conditioning stopped. I drove straight to the elk grove dealership's service department. They were unable to find what was wrong. Unable to duplicate the problem and the computer memory did not showed them anything. They performed the 120k service instead. On 6/18/2015, while driving at 15mph it happened again. This time, I pulled to the side of the road and took a video of the dashboard, and again drove to the elk grove dealership. …”

NHTSA complaint #10726882, filed 2015-06, 120,000 miles

“This evening, I had a collision with a car that was attempting to cross the highway, but pulled out directly in front of me. I slammed on my brakes, but t-boned the other vehicle. I was traveling at approximately 55 MPH. Her vehicle sustained most of the damage, and I was actually very impressed that my Liberty did not sustain as much damage as I had expected. I was wearing my seatbelt, but to my surprise, my airbag did not deploy. My chest hit the steering wheel. I am very concerned that the airbag did not deploy despite hitting a vehicle that was essentially not even moving. …”
