“On 2/11/17 I bought a 2013 certified Jeep Patriot from a Jeep dealership in bryon,ohio. Certified meant that 125 points on the Jeep were checked for road worthiness tires was on the list that was inspected. On 2/18/17 while putting mud flaps on the Jeep. I saw that all 4 tires which had 4,300 miles on them were cracking in the rubber in between the tire thread. These are the original firestone affinity tires that came on the Jeep when new. …”

The maintenance shop failed to reconnect my vehicles front right ball joint causing a catastrophic loss of control on the road after leaving the dealer. …”
