“My car's battery has failed on 6/30/94, 8/28/95, 9/12/96, 9/12/97 and 9/15/98. The service advisor at Plymouth says that it is cheaper to replace the battery each year than diagnose the electrical problem, causing the battery failure. Each incident has required a tow. In addition, the paint is peeling off this vehicle and is cracking on the hood of the car. Thank you.”
