“There is a visible chunk of rubber missing from my truck tire. My wife and I noticed the anomaly on the tire in the morning right before leaving to work. I commute with this truck monday though friday, on a smooth highway. These tires have never seen harsh conditions. This is not normal, and definitely not expected for a vehicle with so few miles on the road. The vehicle has 18400 miles and was purchased new. These tires are meant to last much longer (5 years / 65,000 miles). This is a dangerous defect, that can cause accidents especially since one does not expect this issue to arise. …”
