“I have been defrauded by bingham Toyota. When I drove my car off the lot on 6/29/94, after requesting a brand new car, it had 57 miles on the odometer, but showed wear & tear from the soiled car mats. I was charged $75.00 for a new car inspection! From the beginning I complained of brake noise and problems. The brake readings on 4/28/95 were 12/32 front, & 8/32 rear. Continued problems with the brakes, particularly the rear, I took it to discount tire by recommendation. They said my calipers were bad. I brought this to the attention of bingham & blackstone tire. …”
