“While I was driving to work, the car started to lose power all of the sudden; I had to exit the freeway, as soon as I was off the highway, the car no longer moved. I called customer service they indicated that I should try to reset the car (which I did) and was able to drive the car again but with a lot of warning signs. I think it is a safety concern because I could hit or get hit by another car while trying to pull over. Customer Service told me to expect a call from the Service Center but at this date they haven't call me yet.”
