“The contact owns a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact stated that while shifting gears, there was an abnormal clunking sound coming from underneath the vehicle. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where there were unable to determine the cause of the failure. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 238,239.”
