“After putting in gas in the car it will die as if it is not getting gas and when filling up I have to pump slow because it acts like it is not taking the gas. Its died on several occasions while driving without any warning. In traffic goinf through a light it shut off as if it had no gas. The car then will not turn on the key turns over but sputters. Once I pump on the gas after 3 or more attempts it come on. We have replaced the fuel pump and autozone code gave p0461 fuel level sensor a as the problem. …”
NHTSA complaint #11396983, filed 2021-02, 71,515 miles“This vehicle tends to stall at or below 35 MPH. Have been to independent mechanics and Chrysler and no one can seem to figure out why it stalls. When it stalls there is a loss of control of the car and is very dangerous especially when in rush hour traffic. My wife drives this vehicle along with my 3 children. I have seen numerous complaints on this matter and I am quite surprised there has not been a recall.”
NHTSA complaint #10667803, filed 2014-12, 75,000 miles“I have had multiple issues with my 2007 Chrysler Pacifica-from the beginning a popping and clicking noise from the transmissions/results from dealership motor mounts went bad repaired several times over the years. Another issue is my car is just go dead while driving on the freeways/streets etc. I took it to the dealership and they have not been able to repair or see the issue. I know it's something wrong and this is scary driving this car.”
NHTSA complaint #10616900, filed 2014-07, 6,500 miles“On september 15th I was taking my son to school when all of my idiot lights came on and stayed on. Once I got back home and turned the car off I noticed that something was still running. After opening the hood I realized it was my ABS system that want shutting off. I was able to disconnect the sensor but have been too fearful to drive it since then. My father ran a code checker and nothing was showing up except the fuel cap (which was replaced but still showing that warning light). He drove the car and noticed that the speedometer wasn't working.”
NHTSA complaint #10640218, filed 2014-09, 52,000 miles“The SUV shuts of while moving. While we are driving (in motion) the SUV will completely shut off and we have to restart it by placing it in neutral and turning the key. We have reported it to Chrysler 3 times and we have spent $900 to fix the problem but it just happened again 2 days after we picked it up from the dealership. All repairs for this SUV were done by the dealership over the life of the SUV. We were told that the SUV has not duplicated the problem while in the dealership while being repaired and they have said that the vehicle was driven over 100 miles by them without shutting off. …”
