“We bought a used 2001 Chrysler Town And Country in march. Right away we started having brake problems. We have had the vehicle in the shop 3 times for the brakes. Today I went out, and there was absolutely no brakes. The pedal was all the way to the floor, and the van was still rolling. We have replaced pads, caliper, and lines already.”

“2001 Chrysler Town And Country minivan air conditioner evaporator failure. When I took this in for repair, the mechanic told me it was the third 2001 t&c van that he had to replace the evaporator in this week! He claims the local dealer has several evaporators in stock because they have been experiencing the same problems.”

The service advisor instructed me that the AC unit needed some parts replace at a cost of $800. I need the AC to work in the van so I paid the fee. Two days later I recieved a letter dated 2 week prior to the date, stating the there was a recall on the AC unit. I instructed me to take my van to the nearest Chrysler dealership for the repair at not cost. This angered me because I was just charged for the same recall at heritage Chrysler in alexandria va. …”
