“The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Town And Country. The contact stated that the vehicle was parked when she noticed that the air conditioner was leaking fluid onto the floorboards. As a result, the air bag light intermittently illuminated on the instrument panel. The failure was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, but offered no assistance. The failure mileage was 69,000 and the current mileage was 73,000.”

The contact stated that while attempting to replace a tire by utilizing the factory jack that came equipped with the vehicle, the jack failed and awkwardly bent outward from the weight of the vehicle. The failure caused the vehicle to crash to the ground. The contact stated that the manufacturer sent an engineer to inspect the jack. The manufacturer sent him a letter stating that they had not found a malfunction with the jack. The failure mileage was unknown, but the current mileage was 83,000.”
