“Pursuant to a recall notice I have tried in vain numerous times since jun 7, 2015 to get the Chrysler dealer known as adams of annapolis to schedule an appointment . The reason told to me is that they have not received the parts from the manufacturer and to keep checking back with them to see if the parts have arrived. Adams will not take my phone number to tell me when the parts do come in. Moreover, they refuse to return my calls when I try to find out if the parts have come in. The only way I can communicate with them is if I appear in person . …”

“We received safety recall l25 for our 2010 Chrysler town & country van. Our dealer indicates there are very limited parts available and they would call us when they get the part in, but there are 30 people waiting ahead of us. We are concerned as our van engine shut off while driving on july 21 and we had to pull to the side of the road and restart the engine. Thank goodness we were not on an expressway. What can we do to get the replacement part so we do not end up having an accident.”

The inside of the van became very hot as it was a 101 outside and I was afraid to shut the van off and be stranded. The engine continued to work and I drove it to a dealer not from my town who shut van off then restarted it, everything worked. I felt that I and my wife were in a very dangerous situation!!! I also had trouble with it starting several times as well. …”
