“2008 Chrysler minivan purchased 09/08. Currently has 13370 miles. Front brakes and rotors replace at 8887 miles. Currently in service for brakes again. When I expressed my displeasure to the service rep., his response was we see this everyday . Chrysler find this acceptable? There needs to be a recall on these sub-standard breaks that were/are being installed.”

NHTSA complaint #10303605, filed 2010-02, 8,887 miles

“My tipm module needs to be replaced but since there is a national shortage for this part. I like thousands of others have to wait 6-9 months before there will be any available. This part has been on back order for a very long time. Chrysler is very lucky that no one has been seriously hurt.”

NHTSA complaint #10462916, filed 2012-06, 59,175 miles

“Noticed loud grinding noise coming from front end of vehicle and vibration in steering wheel. Noise and vibration increased with speed. Was told both front bearings were bad and needed replacement. Understood a recall was conducted and a service bulletin was issued for the 2008 town & country, but Chrysler said my vehicle was not affected, which is odd considering the issues in my t/c seem to very the very issues found within the recall and bulletin detailing required repair.”

NHTSA complaint #10732597, filed 2015-07, 51,000 miles

“While driving I had all computer screens shut down on me, meaning going blank. My radio turned off , the dvd player shut off, as well as my driver panel lights. This is the first time it has shut off on me, usually when I turn on the van either those functions work or they don't work. I also have issues with the tps, ABS, lights flashing at me including the engine light. It randomally will come on and randomally go off. Chysler told me for $3,000-$4,000 I can have the van rewired and have no van for about a month. I can not and will not afford this. …”

NHTSA complaint #10747525, filed 2015-08, 100,115 miles

“I purchased my 2008 t & c 4 months ago and it has 14,000 and it now has only 17,000 miles. I took it to the dealer today because it was making noises that sounded like there was something wrong with the brakes and also for the dvd player, and the outlet that wasn't working the back. They told me the brake pads and rotors would have to be replaced. I would have to fork out $400. This is obviously an ongoing problem that Chrysler needs to own up to and fix. …”
