“My blind spot mirrors would stay lit as if someone was approaching my vehicle from both sides. I took the vehicle in for repairs. They quoted over $1000.00 to replace the sensor that is going out on most town and countrys. Chrysler advertises that this vehicle is imported from detroit.I don't understand why Chrysler does not stand behind their product. I will consider an imported vehicle on my next purchase. Have you seen detroit lately? That could be why, it does not look as though it will be coming back soon along with Chrysler.”

NHTSA complaint #10605616, filed 2014-06, 64,000 miles

“I was driving and the vehicle kept prompting me blind spot service is not available. Like it was trying to reset. After rotating several times, it got stuck with message service blind spot monitor service. Both mirrors had the amber triangle lit up, kind of distracting. Dealer will not cover due to out warranty. Cost is > $2000 for two sensors with harness. I don't understand how both sensors went out at the same time. Each sensor is for each side. If Chrysler had a lifecycle that was short, consumers should have been made aware (similar to changing bulbs, fluids, battery, brakes, etc.). …”

“In my 2011 t&c, the backup camera is too dim to see in daylight. It can be used at night and it's moderately useful on a dark day. But in full sunlight the camera screen just cannot be seen well enough to be useful. I have the rbz radio in it. I had the same radio in a 2010 t&c and at first that camera was just as bad. I found s technical service bulletin showing a software update for that problem on the internet, and once the dealer updated the software, the backup camera was dramatically better. Now, I buy a 2011..., and they seem to have gone backward. …”

“On highway, I switched on high beam, ft wipers turned on and will not turn off. Jnstrument lights, turn signals, tail lights stopped working, no high beam, no stop lights”

NHTSA complaint #11082410, filed 2018-04, 50,400 miles

“In Oct of 2024 My driver's side window shattered out of nowhere for no apparent reason! I heard this really loud boom then the window shattered ! I took it in the have the regulator replaced and the window. I also put a windshield in it at that time as well. Then in August of 2025 not even a year later and once again my window shattered and my winshield cracked. This time i was driving on the freeway and I heard a big pop the crash and in tiny pieces mof glass fell in to the door driver's side window .”
