Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“A few weeks after getting my oil changed I was driving when the check engine light came on. I took it to auto zone and ran a diagnostic on the vehicle. The result was a code p0520 which indicates a fault in the engine oil pressure sensor/switch electrical circuit for a predetermined period of time. Most likely solution is to replace the oil pressure switch.”

NHTSA complaint #11340007, filed 2020-07, 56,620 miles

“I was driving about 45 MPH on a main roadway in ohio while on vacation. Suddenly, the vehicle went completely dead and stalled. All displays went black. I had no steering and limited braking ability. I was able to leave the roadway safely. Then, I put the vehicle in park. I was able to restart the vehicle, and drive back to our vacation home without issue.”

NHTSA complaint #11222533, filed 2019-06, 15 miles

“I am having a cylinder 2 misfire with 90k miles on vehicle. Vehicle is clearly missing at idle with heavy shaking and strong odor of exhaust fumes. I have replaced spark plugs and new ignition coils with no changes. I have also replaced the oil filter housing that had a severe leak before this problem.”

NHTSA complaint #11412961, filed 2021-04, 90,000 miles

“While driving the van it completly dies no readings on dadh and the steering quits and the brakes fail I almost crashed intto a tree and a 2nd time I almost caused a 3 car pile up on a highway Chrysler claims they cant duplicate the problem many other drivers are having the same safety problems while driving withfamy members and theyre afraid of dying or killing others”

NHTSA complaint #11246673, filed 2019-08, 88,000 miles

“The oil pump coolant line and housing needs to be replaced - costing about $1k for parts and labor. The van only has 115k miles and has been well-maintained. I heard from both the auto repair shop and the dealer that this is a known issue among many other vans and that the parts are on backorder for 2 months (about 15k needed). It's not just me having this issue but thousands. A recall should be in effect.”
