“The contact's mother owned a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country modified adaptive wheelchair vehicle. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, he smelled a strong burning odor inside the cabin of the vehicle. Additionally, the contact stated while the vehicle was parked, he noticed that there was fuel leaking on the rear driver's side wheel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer Mobility Works where the modified vehicle was originally purchased. The dealer diagnosed that the failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 15V264000 (Suspension). …”
