“While driving at approximately 25 MPH, I lost all power to engine. No power steering, no brakes, no ability to a accelerate. I was able to put flashers on and pull off main road. I turned ignition off and was able immediately restart it. Two days prior, van wouldn't start and had to be jump started. Interior lights still worked but no power was getting to ignition.”

NHTSA complaint #11330238, filed 2020-06, 179,500 miles

“The transmission has been slipping and also sometimes when I accelerate it sticks in 2nd gear and then have to pull over and shut of car the start and the problem goes away. I know there was a recall for 2015 Chrysler Town And Country's and feel mine was missed in the recall. I would like this investigated.”

NHTSA complaint #11319927, filed 2020-04, 109,000 miles

“My wife was driving home on the highway, when the transmission started making a whining noise and would barely move, so I changed the filter and fluid, helped for about 500 miles, then did it again, so I replaced the filter and fluid again, and same thing, started doing it again around 500 miles.”

NHTSA complaint #11324159, filed 2020-05, 116,000 miles

“All of the sudden my van slipped and went forward after having it looked at my transmission fluid after only 64000 was completely black and have 4 broken aluminum pieces in it. So that's going to be an expensive fix. The van is a 2015. Only 5 years old. It should not be having this problem.”

NHTSA complaint #11328606, filed 2020-06, 64,000 miles

“While driving my car will seem like it pushes back as if the shifting gear is hold back. Now it started shaking to as I sped up on the interstate to the point were I could not put my foot on the gas. The shaking last about 5 minutes and check engine light is on. It also did not want to start right away.”
