“Brakes do not feel adequate when towing a trailer. The rear of the vehicle drops dramatically when a combined 6000lb boat and trailer when hitched to the factory equipped towing package. I would not drive the vehicle with this condition”

NHTSA complaint #11280975, filed 2019-11, 3,500 miles

“The race track lighting on the vehicle which is the back lights has a factory defect and fills with water from rain and shorts out. Now my lights do not work and can also cause my brake lights and other lights to fail or cause an electrical fire. God forbid. This is a known problem but dodge has not made it a recall yet and should. The part is 1200 without installation.”

NHTSA complaint #11568646, filed 2024-01

“We were notified of a recall in Nov 2024 with a first quarter of 2025 fix. We are now 1 year later and still no fix, clearly a safety issue and I cannot trade in or sell legally without the fix. I am stuck with a vehicle with known safety issues and Chrysler is being allowed to just ignore it.”

NHTSA complaint #11693472, filed 2025-10

“I had a safety recall for the ABS brake module which was taken in. I was told twice one time the part they did not know when it would arrive. I kept calling. It was very hard to get a hold of the dealership Chrysler Dodge ram country and Fort Stockton, Texas. Called again last Friday conveniently. The part had been incorrectly ordered and that day it was available. They were going to have a tech repair it that day. I told them to give me a call because I would be working out of town. …”

NHTSA complaint #11725423, filed 2026-03

“I was driving home and felt steering wheel shake while on curved road, brakes felt like they wanted to lock up, then everything on dash lighted up looked like a shortage. My foot was still on the gas pedal then car just slowed down by itself. I had to steer vehicle to side of road. I did not panic, I was fearful something could’ve happened if I would’ve had other vehicles behind or even oncoming traffic. My vehicle is available for inspections upon request. Took my vehicle to a dodge dealership for inspection and I was advised of a recall on my vehicle. …”
