“My rear windshield wiper died on my 2013 Dodge Journey over a year ago, I was told by Dodge that I needed a new motor, so I purchased one on my own, and it didn't work. “We have owned our Journey for three years. Starting last year we have had a significant electrical issue that no one can fix. In order to unlock our doors, one has to press unlock an upward of 5 times. This has become an everyday occurrence and poses a threat to safety if we ever get in an accident. During these events the vehicle is stationary. We have noticed that the clock in the Journey will either gain time or loose it, without us even touching it over the course of a week or more at a time, we've given up on setting it at all. Again, the vehicle is stationary. …”

After our trip home from the holidays, I saw my son had a 2nd degree burn on his right leg. It had been next to the heater vent. My husband went out and it was super hot.”
