“The contact owns a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport. The contact stated that while driving 35 MPH, the hood of the vehicle was slightly shuddering. The contact stated that the failure occurred increasingly while driving 50 MPH and at higher speeds. The dealer was notified of the failure and an appointment was scheduled for diagnostic tests. The vehicle was diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 41,000. The VIN was unavailable.”
