“Failure to replace recalled tires. -- made over a half dozen calls to bf goodrich and discount tire. Alvin at goodrich said he was sending me a damage claims package in the mail -- never received. Brought vehicle into discount tire (nov. 15th, 2016)for inspection and replacement, then sent home.
