They sent me a letter stating I could get a free rental car, but I can't get any dealers close to me to provide me a car. They say there is a rental car list and I have been on that list now for over 6 months. Tired of waiting for this to be resolved.”

We also tried to get a car to replace the EDGE until the parts came in and they said they could not help us. My daughter attends the university of georgia so we tried the athens, georgia Ford dealership and got no response. My daughter did have a front end collison several years ago and the airbags never deployed.”
