NHTSA complaint #11048793, filed 2017-11, 150,000 miles

“Takata recall - have been calling Ford dealer for over a year to get the airbag recall scheduled. They claim they don't have part and now don't return my call no accident has occurred yet. Very frustrated no one will help me or return call because they cant get the parts needed - meanwhile I take a risk every time driving my car”

NHTSA complaint #11043310, filed 2017-11, 80,000 miles

“No one has parts to fix the recall for the airbag. I've been waiting for more than a year to have the problem fixed. My transmission shudders at 40 miles per hour and 75 miles per hour. The problem started 10 months ago and seems to be worse. I've looked online and this seems to be the major complaint with these vehicles. There should be a recall on this issue to fix the problem.”

NHTSA complaint #11041849, filed 2017-10, 100,000 miles

“Takata recall .in march 2017 I received the first notice. I took the car to a dealer who stated he did not have the parts nd suggested trying a southern dealer. I did so in march 2018. They did not have the part. I received a second notice in may 2018 and again went to a dealer - they had no parts. Recently I received a poste card about a class action suit but still no airbag and no resolution. What now?”
