““This vehicle is experiencing an intermittent complete loss of power while being operated. It has now happened multiple times, including twice within one week after the vehicle was in your shop for 30 days. I have children in this vehicle. I am requesting that this be treated as a safety-related defect and escalated to Ford engineering”

NHTSA complaint #11770082, filed 2026-10

“My vehicle doesn’t alert me of incoming vehicles and the reverse camera stays on. When I turn on my vehicle the dash stays on with ford sign so when I put on reverse my back up camera doesn’t turn on at all. I have to use all my mirrors to back out of parking. This feature hasn’t been working properly for a year. They keep telling me ford is working to fix this issue.”

NHTSA complaint #11625709, filed 2024-11

Car was unable to be driven, no breaks .all happened very quickly and without any reason .i had it towed to a break mechanic and he said it was the ABS modular break line that was broken and there was no more break fluid and it had leaked out . He suggested I send it to the dealership. …”

NHTSA complaint #11750075, filed 2026-07

“While driving the vehicle, the stereo system suddenly without warning started an unbearable loud and deafening noise. I was driving on a busy highway and was able to the the next exit. I had 2 other occupants in the vehicle. We had to exit the vehicle because the noise level from the speaker was painful and caused disorientation. I turned the vehicle off but the noise continued for at least 10 minutes then stopped. Myself and the 2 other occupants still have ear pain 24 hours later.”

NHTSA complaint #11605923, filed 2024-08

“We started to notice some body issues -rear side fenders popping out, the front grill popping out,, the inside screen would go blank, fuel tank lid pops open. As if this was not enough - we then encountered more issues - sunroof was falling on our heads, the step up railing is falling apart....WAIT- there's more - paint coming off the hood...And to top it all off - there is a cracking noise thru the inside. We cannot control the noise. We lose all function and use of controls (radio, climate, etc.).”
