“Vehicle was parked on a level surface. Upon entering the vehicle I could not pull out the shoulder belt. It was not fully retracted, hanging down 3-4 inches. I could not pull it out after multiple attempts. I drive home for 5 hours and tried multiple times to pull out the seat belt with no success. The next day I tried again multiple times with no success. After driving the truck and reentering I tried the seat belt and it pull out allowing me to engage the sealtbelt it was fully retracting and pulling out. The truck is ten months old with 13,000 miles. …”

NHTSA complaint #11032623, filed 2017-10, 13,000 miles

“On 3/12/19, this vehicle was in motion on a federal highway with a driver, and (1) passenger in the front seat. Earlier in the day, said vehicle was in the dealership for a recall fix. The recall was to fix the driver and passenger door locking mechanisms from opening prematurely. While in motion on the highway after leaving the dealership the passenger side door came open and would not latch any further. …”

NHTSA complaint #11186385, filed 2019-03, 121,000 miles

“The passenger side seat belt will not retract on it's on. The passenger has to put the seat belt on and then manually push the seat belt in and then lean forward for it to lock in place. The vehicle was stationary”

NHTSA complaint #11202682, filed 2019-04, 61,000 miles

“The driver door came open and wouldn't close. I had to hold the door closed while I drove home almost 40 miles away!!! It was very difficult to hold because it kept wanting to fly open. This first happened when I got in my truck to leave my farm, but I had no option other than to drive home trying to hold the door shut.”

NHTSA complaint #11374663, filed 2020-11

“I am writing because I had the 3 recalls on my vehicle repaired 3 years ago but the dealership apparently may not have completed these because I just received a letter from Ford stating a quality audit discovered it may not have been done. Your website states they are incomplete which is beyond frustrating. I had to go through a lot just to get the dealership to work with me to give me a loaner car in order to get them done. Now I may have been driving around for 3 years in a vehicle I thought was fixed which could still injure me.”
