“I need to address a safety concern! On 3/13, I was driving back home. my 3 year old daughter was sitting in her car seat (behind the driver seat). She pulled the seatbelt from the middle seat and wrapped it around her neck choking herself. I had just got home and thank god I did because this would have been a totally different story. I pulled up to my mailbox to get my mail. I happen to look back and saw she was purple on the verge of blue. I had no scissors in my car to cut the belt. …”
NHTSA complaint #11511980, filed 2023-03“There is an issue with my cowl which has 1 drain hole, on passenger side which if gets clogged with debris, causes water to build up and water to intrude from cowl into interior truck causing water intrusion to the body control module and electrical issues, and carpet is wet and creates mold smell and other safety issues. Cowl is not removable”
