“Door locks frozen - can't secure driver's door while driving... It's 24 degrees this morning. Dry, no rain. I hit the fob to open the driver's door. It opens. I hop in the truck. I start the motor. The rectangular warning screen appears. Driver's door ajar , or something like that. I attempt to close the door again. It will not secure. I checked to make sure nothing is caught in the jam. Looks good. Door will not secure. So, I had to drive the truck with my right hand across my lap to hold the door closed. Once at my destination, I hopped out and attempted to close the door. …”

I had to drive while holding my door closed with my hand. This is extremely dangerous. This is a known recall from Ford and the repair was already performed. This happened 2 days in a row. Tomorrow I will be contacting Ford for a solution.”

There was a recall for this issue but we don't show anything via our VIN number. If it was fixed in a recall, it doesn't work now. What can we do in order to have it fixed?”
