“The contact owns a 2008 Ford F-150. The contact stated that when the passenger entered the vehicle and turned the door handle it broke; as a result the passenger fell backwards hit her head on the pavement, suffered a concussion and injured her back. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred him to the dealer. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who inspected it and stated that the manufacturer was not going to offer any assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was 47,348.”
