“The contact owns a 2024 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while driving on the highway, the hood unexpectedly opened. The instrument cluster was blank, and while it was raining, water entered the vehicle. Additionally, the contact stated that the doors failed to open as needed, and the vehicle was experiencing charging issues, causing the vehicle to fail to charge as needed. The contact deleted the charging time, and the vehicle started to charge and then stopped. The contact stated that vehicle would charge to 74 percent. …”
