“Control module for the powertrain is malfunctioning causing problems with overall driving vehicle. I was getting lunch and while driving back to the office a wrench sensor showed up on my dash. I stopped and had to look up what the icon meant and apparently it had something to do with the powertrain on my vehicle. I immediately called the dealership and had it looked at. They informed me it was a control module problem and ordered a new one for me.”

“I have a service advance trac warning light that comes on randomly and then disappears. I have had it to the dealership 2 times for a total of 5 weeks and they couldn't find out what was wrong with it. It never popped up an error code for the message. Finally the light stayed on so I took out to them and they were able to pull a code. Once they got the code Ford started that there was no fix for the issue and I am out of luck. I have filed a complaint with Ford who said unless it happens more frequently we cant do anything for you. This typically happens while the vehicle is in motion. …”
