NHTSA complaint #11354642, filed 2020-09, 10,000 miles

“The vehicle will shift harshly at times and sometimes will not shift at all. We were on freeway on ramp and the transmission just didn't shift leaving us basically almost in an accident from no acceleration as we were trying to merge. This has happened more than once. Can't replicate at dealer.”
