“The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-150. The contact stated that the navigation system had malfunctioned, requesting several prompts to be pressed to produce to the desired direction on the screen. The failure caused the radio, Bluetooth, and rearview camera to fail to operate as needed. The contact performed a master reset for all the parts to function properly; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to a dealer however, the technician was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. …”
