“The tires have 40000 miles on them. They are the factory tires and the tread came off as I was driving and done damage to the truck not sure of exact amount will be getting estimates tomorrow . It was the driver side front I have pictures of tire and damage and also of the other 3 tires and still have the tire that failed”

The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, it was discovered that the air pressure in all four tires were consistently decreasing; the contact also noticed corrosion around the rims and valve stems on each wheel. The low tire pressure warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was driven to a dealer but not diagnosed; however, the contact was informed that the dealer would replace the current tires with new tires to monitor the failure. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure reoccurred. …”
