“Takata recall:I see srs warning in my car for few days and the alarm disappears after few days. This is happening again and again. After I get my car diagnosed with Honda dealer, my car got airbag problem but not covered under recall. I had to change the disk brakes of this car more frequently. They do not last even for 15000 miles.”

NHTSA complaint #10809327, filed 2015-12, 120,000 miles

“Takata recall. I have called about the recall and was told that Honda will call me back. It was Honda that I called. Since then the airbag on my Honda has deployed for no reason. I called again and still have not been helped. It deployed while I was at a red light”

NHTSA complaint #11222271, filed 2019-06, 171,000 miles

“1. Safety recall notice indicative of air bag problem. Took to dealer. He said that it has been fixed after an hour of stay for passenger inflator-and when noticed while driving back, the airbag light came again. Prior to this also, this problem was notified a few years ago, and I got it fixed. Dealer asking money for doing diagnostics and then fixing it. 2. Front and rear bumper clips fixed several times-4 times spending my own money but always a problem.”

NHTSA complaint #11383994, filed 2020-12, 187,754 miles

“Takata recall- I was parked in michaels craft stores parking lot. I pulled forward to leave I didnt see the curb/median/sidewalk in front of me. When I pulled forward I hit them and both of my air bags went off. I bruised my forearms, hurt my left pinkie/hand and my back has ben hurting me. I know their is a recall on my airbags but im not sure if my airbags going off so easily had anything to do with it.”
