“I am filing a safety complaint regarding my 2023 Honda Odyssey. The airbag/SRS warning light suddenly came on while the vehicle was being driven normally. The vehicle has never been involved in a collision or accident. I have a diagnostic trouble code related to the airbag system. I contacted Honda's Recall Department and provided them with the diagnostic trouble code. Honda told me that I must take the vehicle to a Honda dealer for diagnosis before they will determine whether the problem is related to a recall or safety defect. …”
