“Window regulators. Windows fall into the door and will not come back up. Vehicle was stationary this time. Repeated occurrences. I am told by the dealer that the time frame is up for the recall; however, I had this fixed during the recall period and it is broken again.”

NHTSA complaint #10968614, filed 2017-03, 113,000 miles

“Glass lift plate& motor have both given out at least twice in less than 2 years. It costs over $200 to have the dealer fix it. The window just falls for no reason. Come on we need a break. I don't know about the rest of the world but when I have to pay to fix something and it is very expensive I expect quality.”

NHTSA complaint #10576008, filed 2014-03, 125,000 miles

“Clock spring controlling air bag, horn and cruise control failure. My cruise control went out but I was told this could cause the air bag to go off without warning. Jeep dealer said they have no parts and no fix available at this time! When and if this part on back order comes in it is going to cost an estimated $400.00 to fix. This should be a re-call as our safety is on the line. Some 700 on back order as of today.”

NHTSA complaint #10695102, filed 2015-03, 39,100 miles

“Front window regulator is not working & window must be taped up. I also have a rear window that has failed & is wedged shut. I have had my Jeep repaired twice while it was under warranty for this problem prior to this. Window fell into door.”

NHTSA complaint #10920606, filed 2016-11, 110,000 miles

“My rear passenger side window will not close. I have had ongoing problems with my driver side window for years. The company claims the warranty is expired. I have seen thousands of complaints online about Jeep windows malfunctioning.”

NHTSA complaint #10889395, filed 2016-07, 54,305 miles
