NHTSA complaint #11743872, filed 2026-06

“My car has been recalled more times than actually driven when leased. The manufacturer offers no help or returns phone calls. The latest recall is extremely hazardous and dangerous. I am advised to not drive it, not charge it, and not park next to any structure. They do not have a remedy, and still want to continue charging me for the lease. I’ve complained numerous times about this car and have been ignored incessently.”

NHTSA complaint #11567570, filed 2024-01

“After taking my jeep 4xe in for the 95B recall I drove around 50 miles and the check engine light came on. Once home vehicle would not turn on or charge. Error on dash said “charging system error.” Next day the vehicle would turn on be experience extreme slowness after stopping with bursts of acceleration. The accceleration and breaking system were extremely jerky and I felt like I didn’t know how the car would respond when accelerating which was dangerous.”

NHTSA complaint #11634078, filed 2025-01

“Today this morning I parked, put the gear in park and all of a sudden the car ravaged up and jumped forward, causing me to go through a fence and stopped. I had my foot on the break the whole time.”
