“My check engine light came on a few weeks ago saying cylinder five is miss firing. I replaced everything that I could and cylinders are still misfiring. It's causing my car to jerk and when I'm at a complete stop and start to go it takes my car a minute or so to start going. And also when I put my car into sports mode it does not shift”

NHTSA complaint #11245296, filed 2019-08, 17,000 miles

“The car will stutter at random even if filled with a full tank. Smell of burning and check engine light comes on. Car starts to violently shake. This is horrible as I drive with my toddler. I have been now reading this is common and I'm lucky I have not had an accent by my car stalling”

NHTSA complaint #11192328, filed 2019-03, 117,000 miles

“Traveling on the intrastate and the vehicle lost power, no acceleration to the vehicle. The engine revved but no response. In the meantime, I had to try to cross two lanes of traffic to get to the side of the road. Not a good thing to attempt in rush hour traffic near chicago. I had it towed in, but unsure of the problem or the cost at this time.”

NHTSA complaint #10632699, filed 2014-09, 199,659 miles

“Whether I'm driving 70 MPH on the interstate or 20 down the street the car will randomly shut off and come to a complete stop and make whining noise until it comes to a complete stop. I have to shut the car off and turn it back on”
