“My car doesn't have automatic door locks, for 3 times now my doors have locked while running and the doors were closed. My car locked my grandson, which is 6 years old in, and the last time was yesterday on 10/09/2019. My husband had to break the window to get in the car. This is a serious hazard. My doors aren't suppose to be locking themselves. I need answers for this situation”

NHTSA complaint #11338327, filed 2020-07, 154,345 miles“Traveling on the intrastate and the vehicle lost power, no acceleration to the vehicle. The engine revved but no response. In the meantime, I had to try to cross two lanes of traffic to get to the side of the road. Not a good thing to attempt in rush hour traffic near chicago. I had it towed in, but unsure of the problem or the cost at this time.”
NHTSA complaint #10632699, filed 2014-09, 199,659 miles“During stop and go traffic, I step on the gas pedal and the car does not move for a few seconds then suddenly the car jerks forward. This happend continiously over the past month. I would like this issue to be investigated and recalled, as this is a big safety concern.”
