NHTSA complaint #11511827, filed 2023-03

“I am in need of assistance with my most recent purchase of a 2025 Ram Truck with less than 3000 miles of utilization. After driving the vehicle for 45 minutes something didn’t seem right with the transmission. A multitude of error messages popped up on the cluster and the truck ended up in “limp mode” meaning it would not move. The Engine light comes on intermittently and I have legitimate concerns about the reliability and drive-ability of the brand new vehicle. …”

NHTSA complaint #11705493, filed 2025-12

“From day one when entering a roadway it would start to move putting me into traffic then just refuse to go leaving stranded for about ten seconds then move again, the whole time it would shudder and shake by engine and the transmission and it was like the system were all fighting for control. Next when entering a freeway I pulled on to the on ramp and immediately got up to 50mph and started to merge and it bogged down like it lost fuel and again I was almost hit by traffic but they avoided me. …”

NHTSA complaint #11628178, filed 2024-12

“On 20/14/2024 I was traveling down a highway at approximately 40 mph when a vehicle pulled out in front of me with virtually no warning. The front of my vehicle struck the driver's side of the other vehicle, causing significant damage to both; my vehicle was subsequently totaled . My primary concern is the failure of the airbags to deploy; none did so. Airbag malfunction. I suffered multiple injuries by striking the steering wheel & dashboard. Unknown if problem reproduced. Unknown if inspected. No warning lamps or other indicators.”

NHTSA complaint #11621832, filed 2024-10

“First Incident was power train failure while attempting to accelerate to merge into expressway traffic the vehicle suddenly revved to high RPMs and wouldn't gain speed acting like the transmission wouldn't shift out of first gear. Had to pull to the shoulder and turn off the vehicle and restart before it functioned properly. With in half an hour received an email the said I'd experienced powertrain failure. I then noticed the service engine soon light on. by the time I got to the dealer the light went out and they refused to look at the vehicle. …”
