“Turn signal lever wouldn’t return to neutral position after completing a left turn. There was already a recall for this but my truck somehow passed inspection and so the component was never replaced. Since it ‘passed’ the recall was closed. I will have to pay out of pocket ($1,099) to replace. The component is the clock spring. …”
NHTSA complaint #11753456, filed 2026-07“The truck has been to the dealer on multiple occasions because I continue to receive airbag system alerts. When the alert comes on a warning displays on the console that the airbag system has malfunctioned. The dealer states the clock spring needs to be replaced. I’ve been waiting since November 22, 2024 for the part. It is now June 27, 2025 and still don’t have the part. I experience the alert on my console at least 3-5 times a week.”
NHTSA complaint #11669794, filed 2025-06“I was sitting stoped in a parking lot and the vehicles etorque shut the engine off. When I took my foot off the brake the vehicle accelerated on its own and hit a light pole. Also airbags didn’t deploy. I was roughly 10 feet from the pole .”
