“My 2018 3500 Ram has been at shelor motor miles 3 weeks with no real answer on what's going on with it! They stated it was the turbo that was defaulted and now it's the cooling and c converter! This was a brand new truck paid in full at the time of purchase with 16k miles on it now that has quit! This is a company vehicle, not personal and you huys have made me lose thousands in revenue and wouldn't even give my driver a loner car when it stopped. Ive exhausted ever avenue I know, I personally came to virginia, 9 hr away from my home just to get told another lie. …”

NHTSA complaint #11268981, filed 2019-10, 16,000 miles

“On multiple occasions the shift arm would not move while vehicle was in park and foot brake was depressed. Seemed like the safety device that prevents an automatic shifting arm from slipping out of park without brake depressed did not release. Vehicle was on flat level ground, the only way to correct problem required shutting vehicle off and then restarting. Once this process was conducted the safety device operated normally. In the three years of ownership this has happened three times and each time my resolution worked.”

NHTSA complaint #11326611, filed 2020-05, 34,000 miles

“I have replaced my rear hubs on my Dodge 2018 Dodge ram Dooley Numerous times (and have multiple documents so far over 9K) because my brakes on the driver side rear tires, always grind even though I’ve replaced everything. I even got in an accident because the break went out! It keeps happening, I get it fixed at a Dodge dealership and they start grinding and I have to stop driving it, tow it and get everyone done again.”

NHTSA complaint #11770705, filed 2026-10

“2018 Ram 3500 Laramie Longhorn, 64k miles, ABS/Traction lights on dash, intermittent, cancels cruise control and can't switch into 4WD. Dealer said it's a known issue and there is nothing they can do because there are no parts to order. I am a retired, disabled vet and I need help please. Thank You and God bless.”

NHTSA complaint #11557738, filed 2023-11

“67A recall was not performed on my vehicle nor was I notified of it. I have had SCR catalyst issues and def issues and my vehicles constantly fails emissions. Ram and Cummins have stated that my vehicle is not included in the recall but I am having the same issues as the 67A recall.”
